- The HR Department will be the following month before the 25th of each month. The birthday list of employees is sent to each branch.
人力资源部在每月的25日之前将下个月的员工生日名单发给各分店 - Every branch will hosts a monthly celebration for employees whose birthdays fall within the current month.
各分店为当月生日的员工举办员工生日聚餐 - Birthday celebration budget at $8 per person.
生日聚餐预算每人$8 (不包括蛋糕) - The HR Department will plan the number of cakes for each branch, and each branch purchases its own birthday cake.
人事部拟定各分店的蛋糕数量, 各分店自行购买生日蛋糕
