Employees Mandatory PDPA and Anti-Corruption training | 员工强制性 PDPA 和反贪污培训

Dear colleagues,
As part of JUMBO’s ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics, it is crucial for all employees to have a clear understanding of the principles behind Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Anti-corruption. Our compliance to these principles not only upholds the reputation of our company but also reinforces the trust placed in us by our clients and partners. We announced during the HOO session on 25 Oct 2023, that employees across the entire group are required to complete two mandatory online training sessions and provide acknowledgment. The two training sessions are:

Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
- Understand PDPA and how it may be applied to the company.
- Understand the key terms and legal obligations under the PDPA.
- Comply and safeguard personal data against misuse.

Anti-Corruption
- Understanding corruption and how it impacts you and the organization.
- Understand the preventive measures against corruption .

The deadline for all employees to complete the two courses and submit their acknowledgments is 30 Nov 2023.
