- Check URLs: Hover your mouse cursor over links to reveal their actual destination. Be cautious of links that don’t match their displayed text or that lead to unfamiliar websites.
- Avoid Clicking on Suspicious Links: Do not click on links or download attachments from unknown or unexpected sources. If a link or attachment seems suspicious, verify its legitimacy with the sender through a separate communication channel.
- Double-Check Email Addresses: Pay attention to slight variations in email addresses
(e.g., username@jumbogroup.com.sg vs. username@jumb0group.com.sg). - Report Suspicious Activity: If you receive a suspicious email, report it to the IT department immediately. We can help determine if the email is legitimate and block it if it’s a potential threat.
